Welcome to Brunch Box & Co. By placing an order, requesting catering services, or using our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Orders

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation by Brunch Box & Co. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order due to product availability, pricing errors, or unforeseen circumstances.

Catering Orders

A catering reservation is not confirmed until the required deposit has been received and written confirmation has been provided.

Pricing

Prices are subject to change without notice. Once a catering event has been confirmed, your quoted pricing will remain valid unless changes are requested after confirmation.

Final Guest Count

The final guest count must be submitted before your scheduled event. Any increases after the deadline will be accommodated when possible but cannot be guaranteed.

Food Safety

For food safety, hot foods should be consumed promptly after delivery or service. Brunch Box & Co. is not responsible for food quality or safety after delivery has been completed or after food has remained outside proper temperature controls.

Allergies

Please notify us of any food allergies or dietary restrictions when placing your order. While we make every effort to accommodate requests, our kitchen prepares products containing common allergens and cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

Limitation of Liability

Brunch Box & Co.'s liability is limited to the value of the products and services purchased. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
